TROOPERS charges a service fee based on your chosen plan, either 25% (Business) or 35% (Pro) of total workforce costs. Talents are paid the full exact rate without deductions. The Business Plan provides core recruitment and workforce management services, while the Pro Plan offers additional end-to-end project management services. All fees are quoted upfront with no hidden costs, ensuring full transparency.
To ensure we find the most suitable talent for your needs, we recommend submitting requests at least 7 business days in advance.
We understand that urgent needs can arise, and we’re flexible with short-notice requests. However, if made within 3 business days, a last-minute surcharge may apply, as many talents might already be committed to other jobs or may need to adjust their schedules to meet the short notice. Submitting requests earlier helps ensure the best match for your needs.
If a talent withdraws at the last minute, TROOPERS will quickly arrange a replacement to ensure at best effort that your shift is covered. If a replacement arrives mid-shift, their earnings will be prorated. Through our system's innovative Backup Talent feature, we also maintain a standby pool to handle unexpected no-shows seamlessly. If we’re unable to secure a replacement, rest assured there are no additional costs to you. Our goal is to keep your operations running smoothly, no matter the situation.
